Our Evidence Framework

Three tiers.
Total transparency.

Most wellness content either dismisses emerging research as fringe or presents speculative frameworks as established fact. We do neither. Every claim is marked with one of three tiers — so you always know exactly where you stand epistemically.

Established
The bedrock
Peer-reviewed, independently replicated, and accepted within relevant scientific consensus. These mechanisms are not in dispute — they are the foundation everything else is built on.
Example: Magnesium as enzymatic cofactor in ATP synthesis; Circadian clock gene oscillation; Polyvagal nerve anatomy.
Emerging
The frontier
Active research with promising preliminary or independent data. Not yet mainstream consensus — but the evidence is specific, reproducible in at least some contexts, and worth serious engagement.
Example: EZ water fourth phase research (Pollack); Grounding effects on inflammatory markers; HeartMath coherence metrics.
Speculative
The hypothesis
Theoretical models, extrapolated frameworks, and areas where the mechanisms remain unverified. We include these because the questions they raise are often the most important — with full transparency.
Example: Biofield as an electromagnetic field with informational properties; DNA as a biophotonic antenna; Morphic resonance models.

Primary Sources
All research links go directly to PubMed, peer-reviewed journal pages, or primary institutional sources. No aggregators. No paraphrasing that strips nuance.

Mechanism First
We explain the biological mechanism, not just the outcome. Understanding why — the cellular pathway — gives you the ability to reason about edge cases and optimisations.

Honest Uncertainty
When studies conflict, we say so. When a mechanism is inferred rather than demonstrated, we label it. When a protocol has weak evidence, we note the caveats. Certainty is earned.

Practical Application
Every pillar ends with a protocol section — not because we want you to buy something, but because understanding without application is incomplete. The science points somewhere specific.
