Digital Products & AI-Generated Bundles

The Sovereignty Bundle (both free and paid tiers) and all AI-generated documents are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to their nature, we are unable to accept returns on digital products once delivered.

However, we do offer refunds for digital products in the following circumstances:

• The product was not delivered due to a technical error on our end
• The content generated was blank, corrupted, or fundamentally failed to function
• A duplicate charge occurred for the same order

Refund requests for digital products must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at hello@cellularcoherence.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

Physical Products & Merchandise

For physical products (apparel, stickers, print-on-demand items), we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

To initiate a return:

• Email hello@cellularcoherence.com with your order number and reason for return
• We will confirm return eligibility and provide shipping instructions
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover all return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Digital products that have been successfully delivered and accessed
• AI-generated documents that were generated without technical error
• Gift cards or store credit
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions (where noted)

Processing Times

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on your card issuer or bank, the refund may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
