What Data We Collect

• Sovereignty Bundle (Free): Birth date, time, and location sent to the Anthropic API for document generation only. Not stored on our servers beyond the session.
• Sovereignty Bundle (Paid): Email for delivery via EmailJS. Payment via Stripe — we do not store card details.
• WooCommerce purchases: Name, email, and shipping address for order fulfilment.
• Contact forms: Name and email where you choose to provide them.
• Analytics: Privacy-respecting aggregate usage data only. No individual tracking profiles.

How We Use Your Data

• To generate and deliver your AI-powered documents
• To fulfil physical product orders
• To respond to direct enquiries
• To improve site content at an aggregate level

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

This site uses functional cookies required for WordPress and WooCommerce (session management, cart). No advertising or behavioural tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some functionality may be affected.

Data Retention

Order data is retained for up to 7 years for legal and accounting compliance. AI session birth data is not stored beyond the generation session. Paid bundle email addresses are deleted after delivery confirmation.

Your Rights

You may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@cellularcoherence.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Children’s Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us to request deletion if you believe a child has submitted personal data.

Changes to This Policy

Material changes will be reflected in the Effective Date above. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
